What's a Usergroup?

i was looking at the tabs at the top of the page when i realized that one said usergroup? whats a usergroup and can i be in one?

A usergroup is a group of users, obviously enough. This helps make thing easier so that Archis can automatically make a group of people he wants to moderate a certain forum, and he can just select the group.

Well, Archis can make one when he wants to add moderators to certain boards.
